Rachel C. Elkins, CPA is a full service firm licensed in New Hampshire, and is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and the NHSCPA (New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants). Rachel has more than 25 years of experience in business administration, tax preparation, research and planning as well as auditing and accounting.

A graduate of Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration in Troy, Michigan, Rachel has a Bachelor of Accountancy degree.

In 1988 she became a partner with David W. Rafalski, CPA, PC. in Troy, Michigan where she spent seven years. After moving back to her home state of New Hampshire in 1989, she worked with John G. Burk, Jr. and Associates, CPAs for ten years. In 1998, she became Vice President of the firm.

Rachel C. Elkins, CPA was formed in 2001 and has a proven track record for performance and professionalism.

The firm has set a very high standard of quality control. We have a commitment to quality and performance in every engagement. It is a member of the New England Quality Review Division.

Membership requires that we undergo a review of our accounting and auditing practice by an independent reviewer every three years. A copy of our most recent peer review shows our quality to meet or exceed the requirements of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is available for your review.

Rachel is Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Keene Senior Center, the Keene Emblem Club, and the Wilson Pond Association, and was formerly Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Monadnock Developmental Services. She also volunteers her time at the St. Vincent de Paul food pantry.
